• Recruitment information (candidate profile details, area of technical interest, cover note, and uploaded Curriculum Vitae / resume document files in PDF, DOC, or DOCX formats).
• Technical usage data (IP address, browser type, device information) collected automatically for security, abuse mitigation, and rate limiting.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is processed strictly for legitimate business interests, contract preparation, and talent evaluation:

• To evaluate project feasibility and respond to technical consultation requests.
• To provide customized infrastructure scopes, proposals, and quotations.

4. Data Storage, Infrastructure & Security

We employ strict industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and access controls to ensure your information remains secure across our technical infrastructure:

• Database Storage: Form submission records and application metadata are securely stored in persistent, access-controlled databases (PostgreSQL) using encrypted connections.
• CV Document Storage: Uploaded CV and resume files are stored in private, access-restricted cloud object storage (Cloudflare R2). They are never publicly accessible and are restricted to authorized personnel.
• Email Communications: Internal notifications and transactional communications are dispatched via authenticated, TLS-encrypted email infrastructure (Resend).
• Security & Abuse Prevention: Rate limiting and request frequency tracking (IP-keyed tokens) are processed in-memory or via secure caching to defend against automated abuse.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purpose for which it was collected or to comply with statutory legal requirements.

5. Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated, pseudonymized telemetry regarding website traffic, page navigation, and user interaction.

• Google Analytics sets first-party measurement cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique sessions and measure aggregate interactions.
• No sensitive form entries, confidential client project details, or uploaded CV contents are transmitted to analytics providers.
